    Data Analyst · Gunnison County Assessor's Office

    • Write and tune SQL in SQL Server Management Studio and Access to extract, transform, and deliver property and assessment data for appraisers and the public.
    • Help produce state-required work: valuations, tax rolls, abstracts of assessment, and certifications of value to about 42 taxing entities.
    • Validate and QA large property datasets so statutory reports are accurate and on time.
    • Analyze sales and property characteristics to find discrepancies and support appraisal.
    • Build the dashboards and mapping tools above so staff and residents can explore parcel, building, and land data without GIS software.

    Data Analyst · MedAware Systems, Boulder (remote)

    • Analyzed and interpreted medical literature and research data behind clinical research tools used by client organizations.
    • Designed search strategies and inclusion criteria that made database research more precise and efficient.
    • Maintained and validated key datasets, tracked metrics, and recommended process improvements.
    • Worked with clients to define research needs and presented findings to internal teams.
